The vendor offered shipping from China, US, and several other countries. I bought US shipping, a premium service. Delivery was guaranteed within a specified window. AliExpress sent me notifications after the delivery date passed to tell me I should create a 'dispute' if I had not yet received the item. When I dis so, the vendor tried to convince me to drop the dispute, and promised that the item would come, even if late. I asked for tracking, which the vendor did not send to me, but uploaded to AliExpress to prove that the item was in transit. The vendor's tracking showed that they did not ship from the US, as promised, but from Shenzen China. I needed the item on time -- that's why I paid more! Late, and not shipped from the US, is not acceptable. I have still not received it. I recommend you do NOT agree to cancel disputes with this vendor. They have been shown not to meet their commitments, and future buyers should know about it.
